We are sorry to hear your service visit did not meet your expectations. As a franchised dealer it is our responsibility to ensure your car is fixed correctly the first time. While you mentioned the NC dealer had diagnosed a caliper as the issue behind your concern, as the dealer actually performing the repair we still have to verify the same corrective action. The last thing we would want is to put a caliper on the car and have that not fix your concern. Our lead technician, a Subaru Master Certified Technician, was unable to reach the same conclusion and could not reproduce the problem. For that reason - and knowing you were traveling from out of town, we made various attempts at driving the car under varying circumstances to reproduce the issue you were concerned with. Those tests were performed over a series of days and times, thus the lengthiness of the stay. Your concern could not be reproduced while we had the car. At that time the system was reset and the car continued to operate normally. We take all of our clients' concerns very seriously and we apologize you spent so much time here during your purchase. Thank you for your feedback. We will use it to enhance our client care in the future.
