Ok, maybe that's two reasons but it doesn't change the facts that I have absolute confidence in the Stohlman Sterling staff because they have earned my trust and confidence over the past seven years as I bought and serviced two cars there. The staff are only interested in doing the right thing and ultimately, that is what counts, More

I strongly believe that my car is still running well due to the great service it receives here. My last visit was another example of honest and reliable work these people do. They gave me several options and recommended how to fix the problems with minimum spending. And it works! Always on time, always good quality, never push you spend more than absolutely necessary. I trust my Subaru advisors and their technicians. Thank you, Heather and Tom. More

I was pleased with the checkup and advice recommended on service. Jay explained requirements clearly and the service work was completed on time (important since I had a deadline.) Service desk was great, a star for each I dealt with. Tech service needs some cleaning up after themselves. Brought the car in for a morning appointment and returned back with grease on windshield, fender Tech service needs some cleaning up after themselves. Brought the car in for a morning appointment and returned back with grease on windshield, fenders, puddle in engine bay. Not a fun clean up after finding some of it was on the car paint baking in the sun. Treated my car like it was old. Also, a wire connector was left out hanging from the center armrest. Before leaving I had the tech fix it. Now my SI Drive doesn't work. More

Our sales person seemed to have no idea what he was doing and the manager seemed scatter brained. The entire purchasing process was a pain from the beginning, we should have taken that as a notion to leave. About two months later we were on a road trip and had some electrical issues with the car, luckily its a certified car and so we took it to the closest Subaru dealership in North Carolina, they told us we needed a new Caliper. So i called Stohlman Subaru, they told us they would replace it no issues. We dropped the car off, we provided the documentation from the previous dealership stating the issue code and part number needed Tom told us they would fix it. We left the car with them for six days, in those six days i called twice, the first time i was told they were also fixing the emergency break because it was bad, then i called and they told me they were driving it around and couldn't find an issue. When we finally got the call saying it was ready for pick up Tom told us all they had done was reset the car. Six days and all you did was reset the car. Upon arriving to pick up the car, an EXCESSIVE amount of miles had been put on the car, and Tom had miraculously gone home, even though he was the manager dealing with our issues. Jay had no idea what they had even done to the car. Nobody could give us a valid reason as to why they hadn't put the Caliper in the car like we had already been told was going to be fixed as well as where the emergency break claim had come in. How do you screw up not once, but twice? More
