The facilities in Sterling are clean well maintained and provide a professional and actually welcoming environment. Heather Thomas and the entire service staff is nothing but helpful and courteous even with Oddball questions regarding Subaru vehicles. They always take the time to sit down and discuss your issues. The biggest negative that I have on stohlman Subaru is that I can't take the staff with me to my next Duty station. More

I dealt with both the service manager, Tom Wimmer and the assistan I recently had a very difficult repair/warranty issue with our 2015 Subaru outback. I dealt with both the service manager, Tom Wimmer and the assistant service manager, Heather Thomas. Both were very professional and courteous. Most of my interaction was with Heather who truly went above and beyond anything I would have expected in helping solve our issue. She was very pleasant to deal with, quick to respond and solved our issue with 100% satisfaction.
