Fantastic service department. The service department is run so smoothly. My car was taken at the appointed time and ready when they said it would be. I opted to wait for the car at the dealership for a few hours although they would have shuttled me to the local shopping center. Every detail of the servicework done on my car was explained to me upon completion. I had the 30,000 mile check and a recall of the airbag. Thanks to all there it was a pleasant experience. I also had a 20 percent off coupon!!! More

Since then we have brought the car for service maintenance and the service department is totally satisfying - fast, friendly, and high professional. The waiting area is well stocked with magazines and coffee and wifi works well. In good weather, there are bikes available to use on a nearby bike trail. I've bought and had cars serviced for many decades and I would put Stohlman Subaru of Sterling right on top in the metro area. More
