My experience with Stohlman Subaru was positive. The salesperson who helped me (Omid) was polite and I never felt pressured as he answered my questions and went over all the various features of the Outb salesperson who helped me (Omid) was polite and I never felt pressured as he answered my questions and went over all the various features of the Outback that I was interested in purchasing. That evening I drove home in my shiny new Outback a very satisfied and happy customer. I later discovered a few minor scratches and dings after washing my car, however the dealership handled it professionally by apologizing and having the damage repaired expeditiously, while providing a lifetime warranty on the paint. Subaru also provided me with a $500 "Goodwill Parts and Services" coupon, which was a nice customer service gesture. I appreciate the courteousness and professionalism of the team at Stohlman Subaru Sterling. More

I was told at a 18k service that there was a recall on the fuel pump. I was told the part had to be ordered. I went into waiting area for the service and for what seemed to be longer than expected. I went up to service desk to see what was taking so long and then was told the part was available and it was installed. Why didn’t anyone come into the service area to tell me this? My car stunk like gas when I got it back. There were black finger prints inside my door on the leather. I always get my car back dirty. After a major service I read where they are supposed to wash your car for free. A wash would have helped the gas smell. I’m changing dealerships. I like the waiting area. Next time I’m going to the one closer to my house. More
