I have purchased many many cars in my adult life (10 and counting) and this is by far the BEST car buying experience EVER. My wife and I had other cars to test drive but given the incredible service we rece counting) and this is by far the BEST car buying experience EVER. My wife and I had other cars to test drive but given the incredible service we received on our initial visit, we were compelled to come back and give this dealership our business. We were treated like customers and NOT like prey. Next to buying a home, purchasing a car is the 2nd biggest purchase one makes. Most dealerships just don't understand this fact. Treat customers well and with respect and you will earn our business. My wife and I received the utmost respect and then some from Stohlman Subaru (Herndon location). If you are in market for a Subaru and you do not visit this dealership then you are crazy. If I ever buy another Subaru, it will definitely be from this dealership. Great experience. They had an excellent deal on a used 2011 Subaru Forester (former service loaner). My fiancee and I both love driving this car. The sales team at Stohlman in Herndon worked with me to 2011 Subaru Forester (former service loaner). My fiancee and I both love driving this car. The sales team at Stohlman in Herndon worked with me to get the right price on my trade-in and the right sales price on the vehicle. The negotiations were done quickly and easily via email, in person, and in phone. We closed the deal over the phone and my car was detailed and waiting for me the next morning. They transferred the tags from my old vehicle, physically transferred them as well, and even took my golf clubs out of the old car and put them in the back of my new Forester. I highly recommend Stohlman for anyone looking for a Subaru. More
