They are professional, friendly and repairs and/or upkeep are done quickly and never a issue. Not only do I recommend them to friends and neighbors, but just sent them a customer ready to purchase a Subaru who chose them based on my experience over the years. When I'm ready I would gladly purchase from them again. Hats off to Tom Wimmer and Heather Thomas. They are the best. More

After much research, I found that you just can't beat the safety and features of a Subaru for an affordable price. Though many people were at Stohlman Subaru purchasing cars on the days I visited, Fernando still provided my parents and I with attentive service, yet we didn't feel pressured or rushed. After purchasing the car, Fernando took the time to hook my phone up to Bluetooth, explain all of the audio features, and answer any last-minute questions before I drove my Forester off the lot. It was an all-around painless experience and now my parents are considering purchasing their first Subaru, too. More
Routine Maintenance I recently took my 2015 Outback in for a service call that I had no idea how to remedy. It seems that due to a possible "ice" block, the computer sys I recently took my 2015 Outback in for a service call that I had no idea how to remedy. It seems that due to a possible "ice" block, the computer system faulted, thus making the power windows inoperable. Took the car in and the service technician immediately fixed the problem and stated that there was nothing in the Subaru Manual that would tell the owner how to fix the problem. He stated that even he had to learn the solution by experimenting with different possible remedies. BRAVO to him. It would be nice if the service manual listed possible fixes to computer glitches. The service department personnel, especially Tom and Heather have always been extremely helpful and deserve accolades for the way customers are treated. Accolades to the new facility - modern, clean, easy to get to. More

Service on our 2009 Subaru outback We were sad to see the Herndon Subaru close, being so close and friendly. When we found a car of interest, we walked in and inquired about a few options. The first question Lakshman Sukar asked with a warm smile was "Would this be your first Subaru?". All of my interactions with this guy were top notch from start to finish. He made me and my wife feel very at ease with our perspective purchase. Not once did he come across forcefully or like a shark. After exploring some different trim options and expressing our needs/wants, we looked at the trade in. After that, we did some hassle free negotiation and left with exactly what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. At no point did I feel this dealership wanted to jerk me around, play numbers games or use my needs/wants against me. As a matter of fact, they cut me an amazing deal. Ironically, about the last question I was asked in the business office was also "Is this your first Subaru?" When he said that to me he smiled and shared that he owned 2. One with over 200,000 miles on it, and another a newer model. He then divulged that most of his family were Subaru owners as well. He assured me I wouldn't regret my decision with a very confident (you'll see) type of smile on his face. Needless to say, my first and last questions led me to believe that I just made a pretty sound decision with this purchase. Aside from the dealership, the impression I've gotten from any owner is that they are all repeat customers and die hard for the brand. That and the feel of the car with all of its amenities leave me with absolutely no regrets. More
