I've purchased many cars from many different dealerships in my lifetime and no previous experience comes close to my experience with the staff at Stohlman. The professionalism, courtesy, and genuine willingness to help me make a major decision and purchase in as stress-free a manner as possible is something that is very rare in the auto dealership business. Mark Doyle, Sales Consultant, was instrumental in my decision to purchase a Subaru. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in guiding me to find the best car to meet my needs completely. Samuel Kasraie, Business Manager, was exceedingly helpful with the finance and with the maintenance programs. Edvin Gusinac and Charlie Damron were very helpful in answering questions regarding software and new technology. James Starr, Sales Manager, was helpful in facilitating getting the package I wanted at the best possible price. My impression is that Stohlman is more interested in creating a community than in just selling a car and that is that is rare and special, and in my mind a winning formula. More

The dealership was brand new, clean, and well-maintained. Customer Service: Someone helped me right away, and then brought Randy over to help after I expressed interest in looking at some used vehicles. I can't say enough positive things about Randy. He was super easy to work with, patient, and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to direct me to a more expensive car, and was pleased to work within my budget. Also, the day after the purchase, I reached out by email and he responded immediately and even followed up with a phone call. I also briefly met Keilan, and he was excellent, too. It's nice to be able to work with people who seem to be genuinely good people. So far, I can only speak about the sales department here, but I would highly recommend this dealership - and definitely ask for Randy! More

During the test drive and as were contemplating the purchase he took his time and was able to patiently answer every question we had without ever seeming pushy or rushing our decision. He and Keilan (who is also awesome) made a great team and made the whole purchase process easy and simple. Mike even stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed. We were not disappointed; the Stohlman tradition of treating us like family has continued at its new location. Keilan and Charles Nguyen greeted us warmly and helped us quickly find, test and fully appreciate the 2017 certified pre-owned Forester with all the bells and whistles that we purchased (my fifth Subaru!). They worked cheerfully and easily with us to negotiate a very reasonable contract involving the trade-in of my previous Forester. David Jennings worked with us--expeditiously and with great humor!--complete the financing and registration transactions the same evening, We went home with what is proving to be the best Forester yet--though its many new features like Eyesight and Starlink required subsequent expert advice from Charlie Damron, the tech whiz on the sales staff. When we returned, Rick and James in parts got us what we needed to customize our new vehicle, and Service Manager Tom Wimmer (who sold me my 4th Subaru 10 years ago) assured installation of one in short order. This is a really great crew, in a much nicer location, and they are always fun to work with. More
