I feel comfortable with getting by car serviced at this dealership but last time I went in for service I had an appointment and it took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which is way way way too dealership but last time I went in for service I had an appointment and it took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which is way way way too long when normally it’s under 1 1/2 hours. Also, I requested an inspection and was not told until I arrived for my appointment that the person who does those does not work on that day. I would have changed my appointment day if I knew that as then I had to go to a local gasoline station for the inspection which also took awhile. More
