Good people, My car was in shop for an extended period for a short block replacement due to failing the oil consumption test. Due to some issues with the part, it My car was in shop for an extended period for a short block replacement due to failing the oil consumption test. Due to some issues with the part, it took over 2 months. I was given a loaner for the entire time, and the communication from the Service Department was good. They gave me a deal on a new clutch since the car was fully apart anyway, so that was nice. My only disappointment is that after 2 months I would have expected at least a car wash, but instead a cup of old screws were left in the cup holder with no explanation (I had to call to be sure they weren't something that needed to be reinstalled), an unwashed car, no reset on my clock, and a quarter tank of gas (I filled up the loaner before returning). Just a little effort would have made it that much better after being without my vehicle for such a long time. No complaints on the communications with service, Nick was good at explaining the status and issues, and the work seems to have been done properly. More

High quality service department. On three occasions Stohlman has preformed recall service on my 07 Outback. Each time they lent me a car, giving me a chance to test drive a new car. On three occasions Stohlman has preformed recall service on my 07 Outback. Each time they lent me a car, giving me a chance to test drive a new car. Most recently a new Outback that could,drive it's self on the highway. Driving a Subaru since 2005 I've been to almost all the local Subaru dealers and Stohlman of Sterling has been my best experience. I still love my 07 but when I'm ready for a new one I'll go to Stohlman. More

I was also happy that the service staff reached out to me after the car got a little parking-lot scrape and I had scheduled a service appointment there to let me know that the dealership does not do painting and body work on site, thus saving me a wasted trip there. I was so glad to find this dealership. Stohlman is a 1st class and beautiful dealership. I told them the car I wanted and explained I did not want to play the games my local dealership was doing to me 1st class and beautiful dealership. I told them the car I wanted and explained I did not want to play the games my local dealership was doing to me. I came in and the price quoted was the price I paid and saved money. The manager was professional and Tommy Stith, the salesman has been nothing but nice even after the sale. I really respect this person and when it’s time to buy again I know I am using him. I have only used the service department twice but every time I can’t think of a way they could make it any better. And I have worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. It’s been over a year since I purchased a car there and the same employees are still working at this dealership. It says a lot in the car industry. More
