Very happy with the service I have received since I have purchased my 2019 Forester. Besides the routine maintenance they worked diligently to resolve a minor but annoying rattle. Best Subaru service We have now a 2018 3.6R Outback with 2 years and 30,000 miles [thanks to the China virus, it has saved us over 3,000 miles, over $500 in tolls and ove We have now a 2018 3.6R Outback with 2 years and 30,000 miles [thanks to the China virus, it has saved us over 3,000 miles, over $500 in tolls and over $ 300 in gas... this is the only good thing about the virus, otherwise it stinks being quarantined] and our service advisor, Nick at Stohlman Sterling Subaru, has always been extremely nice, ditto for Tom Wimmer (service manager). The waiting area is very nice, they have coffee, tea, water. There are many Subarus in the showroom which you can see and desire your next one. Our first Outback was a 2015 2.5i Premium 6 speed. We had to sell it when my wife was sent to Buenos Aires. What a great car. This one is even better, since it has all the electronic help you need not to crash. And my mileage is just the same as the 2.5. Less rpm's and less gas... much more torque. The service has always been the best one can wish for. I have never returned with something not done and never had any claim. Plus the service specials... I always make good use of them. If you want a good car, get an Outback from Sterling Subaru. Best price and best service! FYI: I am just a fan, not a paid blabber. To Caesar what belongs to Caesar, to an excellent service, what belongs to Stohlman. More
Using for years I've been taking two Subarus here for several years. Staff is polite and cooperative and will take the time to explain what needs to be explained. Two examples of Heather, Nick and/or Tom going "above and beyond" were helping with a thorny recall issue on a used Impreza (bought elsewhere) and with an unrelated issue that caused Tom to drive an hour to me to bring me a loaner and Nick to work with a local garage to get my Forester safely back to Sterling. More
We just moved to the area and I came in for an oil change. They immediately told me I still had one free service. I told them my TX dealer said they had expired & I was told that they have an addition change. They immediately told me I still had one free service. I told them my TX dealer said they had expired & I was told that they have an additional year in which to honor it. So not only did I get the oil change, but also a cabin air filter change--all free of charge! I had a few other questions. Heather really went above and beyond to establish a relationship of trust, which means so much to me when you're deciding on a mechanic. I'll definitely be returning & recommend them with 5 BIG stars! More
