I was moving out of a Jetta TDI and interested in either a new Jetta or a GTI. Alan took the time to understand my needs, taste and driving style through test drives of the Jetta and GTI on winding back roads and the beltway to help me make a decision. I ended up getting a Jetta Sport, as it's a good blend of a fun car to drive with the sedan look suited for the office. Alan was very patient, explaining the car's technology and letting me experiment with the hands free phone. On the day of purchase, he got me up and running on Apple CarPlay (connecting my iPhone) and Car-Net and ensured the car was well detailed. Throughout the buying process, there was absolutely no pressure. Alan introduced me to other team members at Stohlman, all of whom are real VW aficianados. The team helped with references for after-market add-ons for window tinting, interior upgrades and chip tuning and shared their experiences about the things they had done to their cars. I loved it! We reached out to Alan when we saw all of his great reviews. I wanted to make sure I was walking into a pressure-free environment, with the appropriate guidance I needed. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Alan. Through every step of the way, Alan wanted to make sure the Jetta was the right car for me. During the test drive experience, he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the engine, the way it drove, and was happy with the features that came with the car. He was very honest about the other cars and colors the dealership had to offer, which I very much appreciated.
