This was far different from the Subaru dealership in Richmond that I first tried to deal with - the salespeople acted like they were doing you a favor to talk to you and said that "they didn't have to deal at all, they got sticker price, take it or leave it." Starting from making the deal till I drove the car out of the parking lot he was very helpful and informative. (Not that he isn't helpful anymore) He is passionate about his work and will do his best to bring smile on your face - I bet! Best ever sales person I have dealt with. He personally waited till 11PM for us till the paper works were done by the finance team. Buying the car for this dealer was cake walk. I went there on Monday with the intention of just test driving the car--attracted, in part, by Stohlman's aggressive pricing as they try to get rid of the 2016 model year vehicles. Alan was quick and gently persuasive, and I ended up buying the car the next day. He was tremendously helpful in facilitating the deal with his sales manager and the finance. I can recommend Alan wholeheartedly! More

Alan was ready for us and after a few questions, we took a Passat out for a test drive. Alan had a route ready for us to test different types of roads and took us to a different lot that had different colors. In the end, we didn't purchase the vehicle through Stohlman, but will go back in the event we need another VW. More

It was the best decision we made. Aside from rating my 2014 Subaru Imprezza as excellent, Mr. Nguyen has been extending his excellent service not only in the buying process but also in the post buying process!
