If you don't want to deal with high pressure gimmick salesman he's the man. He was truthful up front about everything, we test drove the vehicle I was interested in, he told me about it and I walked away and told him I would let him know once I had thought about it more. Np, he said to let him know via phone or email when I was ready. After deciding to purchase, we did some negotiations that were fair for both the dealership and myself and closed the deal. Everything was ready upon my arrival to pickup the car (paper work, clean car, full tank of gas, tags, etc) and the finance manager was just as professional as Mike. I need to purchase a second vehicle and hope they will have what I am looking for b/c I will certainly go straight to this dealership again. Love Our New Legacy We were looking to replace a 2006 Honda Accord and wanted to drive several competitors in that same class. We had done extensive homework on the candidate cars and stopped by Stohlman’s in Tysons to drive a new Legacy. Chris Laporte met us and soon handed-over the keys to a 2016 Legacy Limited for us to go exploring. This fully-equipped Legacy was one sweet ride, for sure, and it matched all of the published reviews and Car Show trials that we’d previously done. Back in the showroom, Chris is an informed and great believer in the Subaru product line. He’s very personable and gave us what I knew to be a great price point, which made the traditional “rams butting horns” approach unnecessary. In theory we left to go do our comparison shopping with two other cars, but we admitted to ourselves that we could save the time and hassle and would still be very happy with the Legacy and Chris’ deal. We instead took a new 2017 with literally everything we could have wanted. Between Chris and fellow Texas Longhorn finance manager Peter Kim we were out the door in our new 2.5i Legacy Limited in a little more than an hour. He was very helpful and let us test drive the car alone without any distractions. When we returned he provided some preliminary numbers for a couple of cars we were interested in to buy. We thanked him and left the dealership. He did not pressure us at all. I made some research in the afternoon and had an idea for what I would like to pay. We went back the following day. I discussed the results of my research and expressed my expectations. He worked with his manager and we completed the deal in a very short time. Our finance manager Hue was also very cooperative and did not pressure us to buy anything we did not wanted and quickly finished the paperwork. In a couple of hours we left the dealership with the car we wanted at the price we were very happy with. 110% recommended. More

My salesman was Chris LaPorte and I would highly recommend him to prospective customers. Chris is interesting to deal with but he is a little bit hyper, but he does get things done quickly and efficiently. He was honorable and trustworthy. He said they would match any other deal I could find at any other Subaru dealership and they did. He also arranged to have my after market protective side moldings and rear bumper protective moldings installed at their expense at a service facility they use in Rockville, Md. This was done professionally and correctly. I enjoyed sitting down with Chris and exchanging "war stories." He was very interesting to deal with and I would highly recommend asking for him if you are in the market for a Subaru. More

Great Car, Great Dealership, Great Salesman My 2015 Outback is now one year old. Love this car. The Eyesight system, and in particular the adaptive cruise control, is fabulous. I road trip all My 2015 Outback is now one year old. Love this car. The Eyesight system, and in particular the adaptive cruise control, is fabulous. I road trip all the time, whether a quick weekend away, a soccer tourney for my kids, or beach vacation. The car holds a ton of stuff, has incredible power for freeway passing (I bought the V6), and hauls my fishing gear, paddle boards, kayak, and bicycles with ease. Also loved the dealer. There was zero nonsense in coming to a fair price as the process was 100% transparent and honest. My salesman, Randall Tomblin, was terrific. I had to order the car from the factory (the V6 models were all sold well before they arrived at the dealer), and Randall emailed or called once a week or so to keep me posted on progress. When the car arrived from the factory without the tow hitch attachment I wanted, Randall had the dealer install it and ate the aftermarket cost. A year later I can call him up when I want the car serviced and he gets me an appointment right away. When the car does get its routine service, they always wash it so I get it back sparkling clean. This is my first Subaru, but likely won't be my last and I would go straight back to this dealer if/when I need another. More
