Of all the dealers I talked to, Chris was willing to find exactly what I wanted. None of the dealers who contacted me had the exact car I wanted, but Chris was the first to say he would try and find it. Within 20 minutes I received a call back with the exact color and options that I wanted nothing less, nothing extra. Chris was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, like talking to another car fanatic. I wasn't actually going to buy this day but after talking to him and the fact that he was the only guy that actually tried to find what I wanted, my choice was easy. Within 20 minutes, he made arrangements for the car to be delivered to his location and I could pick it up the next day. Awesome! My experience at the dealership was fast and easy, no hoops to jump through and Chris got me setup with his Finance guy, Hesam, and I was on my way. Hesam was also a car fanatic like me. Awesome Car Buying Experience I recently went to Stohlman Auto to buy a 2017 Outback after seeing one on the website with the specs I wanted. Even though I called earlier in the morning and was not able to provide an exact time I could be there since I was in the process of moving, Julio Pacheco offered to reserve the car and meet with me later that afternoon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a tremendous help throughout the process. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided me with what I needed to know even if I didn't think to ask. I also really appreciated his low pressure approach to the sale and his willingness to take the time to help me compare several options. Hesham Kamal was also fantastic to work with. He was very thorough and clear, has a great sense of humor, and I did not feel pressured at any point during the sale. I received inventory notices from 3 local dealerships, but, Al was the only person that engaged with me via e-mail and answered all my questions BEFORE stepping into his showroom. The others just sent an e-mail or a hard to hear voice mail. I knew what outback was to be mine and most importantly how much it was going to cost me. The day of the actual delivery was quick and painless with Al answering al my spouse's questions. I would buy a Subaru again from Alaa. More

Second was a beautiful Forester that I fell in love with. Third was the business manager Julio worked with, Hesham, another great fellow, who was also thorough, clear and low pressure. Julio stayed in touch to make sure I had all that I needed as I started the adventure of getting to know my new car. Julio may be early in his career, but I'd say he is top notch -- he knows his stuff and was great to work with. More
