First of all Julio was knowledgeable, thorough and low pressure. He definitely made it clear that any and all questions were welcome, and he gave his time generously. Second was a beautiful Forester that I fell in love with. Third was the business manager Julio worked with, Hesham, another great fellow, who was also thorough, clear and low pressure. Julio stayed in touch to make sure I had all that I needed as I started the adventure of getting to know my new car. Julio may be early in his career, but I'd say he is top notch -- he knows his stuff and was great to work with. More

Buying a Subaru Outback I bought my VW Sportswagen diesel car in May 2015...some may know about the whole diesel emission scandal....not to bore you with the details. I sold I bought my VW Sportswagen diesel car in May 2015...some may know about the whole diesel emission scandal....not to bore you with the details. I sold my Sportswagen back to VW on Monday, January 30, 2017. After the appointment, I walked over to the Subaru dealership and was kindly greeted by the Sales Manager and he promptly introduced Al as my sales agent. Al and I worked great together. I told him I was interested in three Outbacks and I printed the details of those cars out. Within minutes, Al told me the car is in inventory and in the lot. So, we drove over to get the car and drove it back to the dealership where we started the sales process, which was about 2.5 hours. Al offered me water and coffee. He showed me the lounge. He was in constant communication with me. He kept me up-to-date on status. On top of it all, he knew the brand and the car. He provided great information. Al is an excellent sales agent and I would recommend him. He looks out for you and values your input. Cheers, Jim More

After researching on TrueCar and comparing other dealerships he was able to match and even lower the other dealership I was considering buying from. He gave me the best price and was up front about the out the door price. The entire process -from first calling him to having the keys in my hand- took only a week. I loved that it was done over the phone and through email since I was not able to get to the dealership until pickup day. I appreciated that he set up everything in the car and ensured that he took the time to show me everything about the car. He made my first car buying experience a breeze and less intimidating. Eli is a very patient superstar! From day 1 Eli was extremely helpful and he was able to save me trips to the dealer, which I appreciated. I wanted something specific and he was extremely patient in working with me and was able to get me the car I wanted. We communicated back and forth a bit since again, I wanted something very specific and not once did he make me feel like I was bothering him and like I was being too picky. On the contrary, he has been a pleasure to work with. Even after I took my new car home, he was checking to make sure i was happy and there there no issues. I hate shopping, more specifically car shopping. This is by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Everything was smooth, simple and transparent. I can't recommend Eli and Stohlman staff enough. I am extremely happy with the customer service and my WRX is gorgeous!!!! If you're in the market for a Subaru, I suggest talking to Eli he will make the car buying experience as effortless as possible. More
