Javan is someone who takes time with you and makes you priority (and you feel that way), he isn't trying to push a quota or a "big sale" and instead listens to what you want and makes recommendations from there; you can tell he's an advocate for the customer--which is key--and that's his focus. Now, I'm a creature of convenience and there's a VW dealer about two minutes from my house, but because of the top-notch customer service and the one-on-one care and attention I receive, I make the 30 minute drive because they've earned my loyalty and I like how I'm treated when I'm there and that I'm checked in on between appointments. Whether it's Mike Parelli fitting me in for a service appointment at the last minute or Javan Jackson taking my call at 10 PM at night a few days before Christmas because my car was stolen, the team at Stohlman automotive go above and beyond the call of duty 24/7. I encourage you stop in for a visit and you'll see what I'm talking about. You'll be a "lifer." and trust me, you won't be disappointed. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I brought my father alongside to help me out. Chris was the first person to approach us and we discussed the car I wanted to take on a trip with me to go across the country. I ended up buying the 2017 Subaru Outback with all the safety features at a negotiable price. I also wanted the all black in the exterior and all black in the interior. Chris went out of his way and got the car of my dreams transferred from a Subaru dealership out in Maryland to the Tysons Corner dealership. Since I was leaving for Washington State in a matter of a week, Chris made sure to deliver my plates to Washington where I'm currently living. I definitely recommend Chris-I felt like I was able to call/text him at any time if I had a concern or question about my new car! He's very personable which makes this whole process much easier. More

No question we had went unanswered. He worked his butt off to get a deal completed, tat we believe was both fair to Stohlman Aumotive and the Barry's. He was willing to go the extra mile to work with my wife and I, and never lost his good humor during our negotiations. Jose is a real asset to the Stohlman sales process. Use his expertise, and guide him in the sales field. You have a great sales person in Julio Pacheco. Teach him, guide him, and give him more responsibility along the way. Good Experience Getting a Great Car When I reached out to Stohlman’s Subaru to find out when the new 2017 Imprezas would arrive in the show room, I never really intended to buy a car fro When I reached out to Stohlman’s Subaru to find out when the new 2017 Imprezas would arrive in the show room, I never really intended to buy a car from this dealership. I had visited the dealership during the summer and the salesman at that time couldn’t answer my questions and was too lazy to get the answers by calling Subaru or talking to his bosses. He didn’t really show an interest in what I was looking for and wasn’t that helpful. Nevertheless I needed to buy a new car and so I called all the Subaru dealers in the Washington DC area to gather information on when the new Imprezas would arrive and be available to purchase. Since Subaru was coming out with a brand new, redesigned Impreza, all the dealers in the area were a bit in the dark about when they would begin receiving them. But Chris was determined to find out and get back to me with answers. Chris wanted to know in detail what I was looking for: what trim level, features, and color I wanted and he began to immediately get answers to my questions about what options were available in the car I wanted. Among all the dealers in the Washington DC area, and there are several Subaru dealerships, only Chris worked hard to get me the car. No other salesmen in the areas did as good a job at updating me with information about when cars were in the pipeline and on the way to his dealership. So when the model and color I wanted was in transit from the factory to his dealership, Chris called me to tell me what day it would arrive. I wanted to test drive a manual transmission version of the car before deciding whether to get an automatic or standard. The manual transmission versions of the car were produced a few months after the automatics and took even longer to show up in the showrooms. As soon as Chris found out that a manual transmission car was on the way to his dealership he called me to let me know. When the car arrived Chris let me know. Ultimately the car the with features and color I wanted was located at a dealership in Pennsylvania. Chris had it delivered to Stohlman without asking me for a deposit. Finally, Chris was flexible when it came to negotiating a price. Stohlman is fortunate to have such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Thank you Chris for all your help in getting me the car I wanted at a good price. On another note, Hesham Kamal, the Business Manager, did a very nice and quick job processing the paper work for the sale. More
