Good Experience Getting a Great Car When I reached out to Stohlman’s Subaru to find out when the new 2017 Imprezas would arrive in the show room, I never really intended to buy a car fro When I reached out to Stohlman’s Subaru to find out when the new 2017 Imprezas would arrive in the show room, I never really intended to buy a car from this dealership. I had visited the dealership during the summer and the salesman at that time couldn’t answer my questions and was too lazy to get the answers by calling Subaru or talking to his bosses. He didn’t really show an interest in what I was looking for and wasn’t that helpful. Nevertheless I needed to buy a new car and so I called all the Subaru dealers in the Washington DC area to gather information on when the new Imprezas would arrive and be available to purchase. Since Subaru was coming out with a brand new, redesigned Impreza, all the dealers in the area were a bit in the dark about when they would begin receiving them. But Chris was determined to find out and get back to me with answers. Chris wanted to know in detail what I was looking for: what trim level, features, and color I wanted and he began to immediately get answers to my questions about what options were available in the car I wanted. Among all the dealers in the Washington DC area, and there are several Subaru dealerships, only Chris worked hard to get me the car. No other salesmen in the areas did as good a job at updating me with information about when cars were in the pipeline and on the way to his dealership. So when the model and color I wanted was in transit from the factory to his dealership, Chris called me to tell me what day it would arrive. I wanted to test drive a manual transmission version of the car before deciding whether to get an automatic or standard. The manual transmission versions of the car were produced a few months after the automatics and took even longer to show up in the showrooms. As soon as Chris found out that a manual transmission car was on the way to his dealership he called me to let me know. When the car arrived Chris let me know. Ultimately the car the with features and color I wanted was located at a dealership in Pennsylvania. Chris had it delivered to Stohlman without asking me for a deposit. Finally, Chris was flexible when it came to negotiating a price. Stohlman is fortunate to have such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Thank you Chris for all your help in getting me the car I wanted at a good price. Of all the dealers I talked to, Just for fun I was looking for a new Subaru STI on TrueCar, not realizing that dealers would contact you immediately. Of all the dealers I talked to, Chris was willing to find exactly what I wanted. None of the dealers who contacted me had the exact car I wanted, but Chris was the first to say he would try and find it. Within 20 minutes I received a call back with the exact color and options that I wanted nothing less, nothing extra. Chris was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, like talking to another car fanatic. I wasn't actually going to buy this day but after talking to him and the fact that he was the only guy that actually tried to find what I wanted, my choice was easy. Within 20 minutes, he made arrangements for the car to be delivered to his location and I could pick it up the next day. Awesome! My experience at the dealership was fast and easy, no hoops to jump through and Chris got me setup with his Finance guy, Hesam, and I was on my way. Hesam was also a car fanatic like me. Awesome Car Buying Experience I recently went to Stohlman Auto to buy a 2017 Outback after seeing one on the website with the specs I wanted. Even though I called earlier in the morning and was not able to provide an exact time I could be there since I was in the process of moving, Julio Pacheco offered to reserve the car and meet with me later that afternoon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a tremendous help throughout the process. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided me with what I needed to know even if I didn't think to ask. I also really appreciated his low pressure approach to the sale and his willingness to take the time to help me compare several options. Hesham Kamal was also fantastic to work with. He was very thorough and clear, has a great sense of humor, and I did not feel pressured at any point during the sale. I highly recommend checking this dealership out and working with Julio and Hesham - they are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. More

I received inventory notices from 3 local dealerships, but, Al was the only person that engaged with me via e-mail and answered all my questions BEFORE stepping into his showroom. The others just sent an e-mail or a hard to hear voice mail. I knew what outback was to be mine and most importantly how much it was going to cost me. The day of the actual delivery was quick and painless with Al answering al my spouse's questions. I would buy a Subaru again from Alaa. More
