I had done some research on the type of Subaru I was looking for, and Chris worked with me to make sure I was getting the car I wanted. He did not try to pressure me into any "up-sale". In fact, one of the cars I was originally interested in was a couple of thousand dollars more than the car that better met my needs, and that I ultimately purchased. I got a very fair price for my trade-in. After I found the car I wanted, I worked with Anson to make sure the car would be properly registered (I live in Florida, and wanted to be certain that my car would be registered there). Anson was efficient, friendly, and business-like.
