Contacting Stohlman Subaru through their website was incredibly easy and Jim Heiman quickly contacted me to set up a test drive of the 2017 Subaru Forester. Jim was on time for our appointment and took us on a great route that effectively demonstrated the vehicle's features. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of information to help us get a feel for the vehicle. At the conclusion of the test drive Jim didn't pressure us into making a purchase that day, which was surprising as most dealerships we visited aggressively tried to get us to buy. Jim kept in touch with us about our search and when we decided on the Subaru, he made sure the exact model and color we wanted was in stock for our next visit. He allowed us to take the vehicle out on a drive by ourselves, which helped ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle before proceeding with the purchase. On that note, Jim made the purchase process fairly painless. We were able to come to an agreeable price after some brief negotiations, and during that time Jim was neither aggressive or impatient. While we were waiting for the Finance Manager (Nehad Wally), who was also incredibly helpful, Jim helped get our media features set up and answer any questions we had about our new car. Jim even called us a week after to check on us to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Overall, our car buying experience at Stohlman was excellent. We would definitely recommend shopping for a new car at this dealership. If you do, please be sure to ask for Jim Heiman. He's an excellent salesman and it was a pleasure working with him to purchase our new vehicle. We love our new 2017 Subaru Forester! More

Service is very important in this era of complex vehicles. There are so many things that can go wrong with mechanical and electrical systems. it is refreshing for someone to stand behind the product they sell. Well Done!
