I have used this dealer for several years and the customer service in the service department has always been very good. Only downside is premium of cost being a dealer but that is not something that should be a surprise and for most smaller price services/repairs I do not mind paying a bit of a premium since the quality of work has been awesome (proximity to my work also helps). An example of a repair where I have not used this dealer was replacing the radiator which had started to leak. The price here was 2.5x the cost that I ended up paying at another reputable local garage in Vienna. More
