Because of health issues, going to the dealer was difficult and Nora kindly brought the CR-V to my home to view it. That put this dealer way up on the rating list for me. Even the paperwork was done at home as I don't travel well on my own yet. Very little haggling on trade-in and the price was agreed on quickly. And I even went to the Herndon dealer rather than Tyson's Corner. "No problem" said the Herndon manager and Nora brought the car out to Herndon for me. The rain was pouring down as we were leaving and one of the staff brought the car into the shop so we wouldn't get wet. When you're ready to buy a car, please put this dealership high on your list.
