As a matter of fact, I will never consider them for future business.I had a previous experience with them when we got our first car and it was really a good one. I went to the dealership on a Saturday around 5:45pm and the sales consultant stated that they will close in 15 minutes and we wont have enough time to go over the options. I respected that and we agreed on meeting the following day. I went to meet with the sales consultant as agreed around noon and he left me waiting in the dealership for two hours and came up with silly reason for not getting back to me earlier with the numbers. I wanted to give them a second chance, so I emailed the sales consultant back in order to get the numbers for me. He responded later via email telling me that they did not have time and he will look at it the following day!!!! They really lost a loyal customer. Try to avoid these sales consultants who make up silly reasons and who lack respect for customers and clients. By the way, their service advisors do not understand the vehicle (Mitsubishi) they service quite well. I have been arguing with them about installing bluetooth kit in my car and it took them a week to figure it out! More
So glad I found Stohlman Automotive. They put real vehicles and prices right on-line. For what I wanted, they had the best price in 500 miles. The other dealers told me how impossible it was for the vehicles and prices right on-line. For what I wanted, they had the best price in 500 miles. The other dealers told me how impossible it was for them to sell me that car at that price. The Stohlman rep said, “Yea, we’re usually $1,500 less than other dealers.” No joke. I got a car with way more extras than I was willing to pay for at a price that other dealers couldn’t touch even with their completely stripped models. My sales guy, Musleem Muratov, quickly gave straight answers to every question via email or phone. Instead of giving me the standard time-pressure techniques about if I don’t get there fast someone else might drive off with my car, Mr. Muratov said “I put a hold on this car for you.” He “map-quested” me, found out I was 90 miles away and said “I will make sure you have a full tank of gas for your drive home.” Yea, it’s a small thing compared to the cost of a new car, but seemed genuinely considerate. The finance department had me pre-qualified before I left my home. My wife and I drove up. We were out of there in our new car in a little more than an hour. No, they didn’t rush us. They knew we had a long drive back and forth so at our request they had the paperwork ready to go and didn’t waste our time trying to coax us into a higher-priced vehicle, upgrades, etc. They briefly went over extended warranty options and the like but didn’t try to push us into anything more than what we wanted. I know I may sound like a too-good-to-be-true commercial. I kept wondering whether it was really true that I could get such a nicely equipped car at such a great price with so little hassle. It was true. I felt so lucky and grateful that I’m happy to recommend them for the exceptional way they do business. I’m going to post this on three or four sites. More

My experience at Stohlman was great. This was the very first car I purchased on my own and held a great deal of angst in doing so. Follow-up I was unaware of was made known and explained thoroughly. Clyde was also incredibly accommodating to my requests. Very thorough "orientation" after purchasing with lots of followup. Past experiences never had sales people having anything to do with you after you made the deal. The salesman knew the car, not just how to sell it and encouraged us to contact him about anything after the purchase was made. Very impressive! More
