I came to Stohlman for a pre-owned car I had found online. For personal reasons I had to come back a second day to finish the deal. I felt like I was being leveled with about the car and generally taken good care of, even being picked up from the subway station the 2nd day. Lorenzo came to get me and after we finished the deal, he turned me over to Scott Chapman to finish up the financial aspects. Scott was a joy to work with, patiently explaining what this and that was in the financials. When that was done, Lorenzo showed me around the dealership, introduced me to Julia Howard in the service department, and showed me how all the features worked in my new car. Lorenzo was enthusiastic, caring, and knowledgeable. Everyone, especially Lorenzo, made my used car purchase feel like a new car purchase experience. I would recommend Stohlman to anyone. More

I set the record for for the time it took to buy a car. I went in around 2:00 and in less than an hour I was able to drive off the car from the dealership. Joe was very pleasant and friendly and easy to deal with. Bob Murphy who was also friendly and very helpful was helping me with getting the car ready and gave me quick run down on the car features and owner's manual. I would recommend for anyone to give Joel a call if one is interested in buying a Subaru. This was the most pleasurable buying experience for me and it had a lot to do with Joel and Robert. More
