Lorenzo was great, that's all there is to it. He was helpful, patient, engaging, knowledgeable. He wasn't over the top pushy and was more than willing to accomodate my requests to go back and forth bet helpful, patient, engaging, knowledgeable. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. He immediately greeted us upon our arrival and asked us what we were looking for. He showed us the Tiguan, and I immediately fell in love with it. We went for a test drive, he was very informative about the features and all of the information about the vehicle. My parents and I left for a while after to discuss the car. Nermin called us with a price for a trade in of my 2004 Honda Accord. Unfortunately, it wasn't much at all because of the mileage but he helped us out as much as he could. It was a good experience.
