I ordered a custom car through Stohlman. Nermin was very helpful in making sure we ordered all the right options. When the car finally got in, I was able to pick it up the same day. I was helped right away. My new car was parked right outside the door so I didn't have to walk far to see it. Nermin worked with us on the trade in value of my old car and I was pleased with the overall price and loan interest rate we received. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to make any decisions and certainly didn't feel that I was being cheated or lied to. The financial person was also very friendly and did not push us to purchase additional warranty and service packages.
