So this past week, late December 2011, I decided to lease the VW Tiguan after several visits with Nermin to discuss the features and benefits of ownership as I needed a vehicle that was a little bigger to have roam for my growing lab puppy -- I'd like to report that my puppy on his third try jumped into the back of the Tiguan and seems to love the big window, well at least he marked it all up with his nose and tongue anyway, ha ha. Usually I am not a fan of salesmen, but I promise you will be more than happy working with Nermin as he is engaging and really works hard to help one find a car that is the right fit, and in your budget, another bonus! All you need to know is go to Nermin, he will get you the car you want at the price you need. As a highlight he doesn't do the cheesy sales pitches and xx, or try to talk you into a more expensive car, he wa car you want at the price you need. I got Nermin Hadzihasanovic on the phone and was I glad. I told him I wanted a Carbon Steel Grey, GTI with Sunroof and Nav. He said give him 10 min, to find out stock. Less than 5 minutes later my phone rings and he tell me he has one. We talk about price, and I explain that I need a lease to meet a certain amount, lower than what VW says the range is. He goes to bat for me, and makes it happen. He had to go to his GM and fight to get the car cost down to where I needed it so I could afford the lease. And All this he has never met me, only talked to me on the phone. What a great guy. He gets the deal, I come down that afternoon and it was straight up like he said it was. A lease for the number I needed it to be. At the dealership it was a very nice deal, and experience. Here is some paper work to fill out, do all the usual car buying fun stuff. I walked out an hour later with the car I wanted and drove home. A very nice change from other car buying experiences in the past. More

Joshua Jay was a great salesperson. Joshua was low-key and friendly. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and with patience and good humor and I felt very comfortable with the whole car buying proce and friendly. One thing I especially liked was that if Joshua did not know the answer to something, he was honest about it and would find somebody who did, instead of trying to bluff his way through.
