I live pretty close to Stohlman dealership. I was in the market for a wagon-type vehicle. I've never owned a VW before but was considering the 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. I contacted the dealership through www.truecar.com early morning of 12/30. I was contacted via email by Joshua Jay a few hours later on 12/31 morning. I went to see him that afternoon to test drive. I liked the car but they didn't have the color/options I wanted as it's a popular model. I made a deposit for one located at another dealership. That same evening (New Year's Eve), I got a call from Josh saying the car will be ready for delivery on 1/2 (Mon). I spent the New Year's and then I stopped by on 1/2 afternoon; I did some paperwork with Josh and the Stohlman finance guy. They beat www.trucar.com price and honored the email price (much lower than MSRP) without any haggling. After a couple of hours at Stohlman, I was a new owner of 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI.
