OK...I was their "needy" customer and they were very patient. My local dealer told me no one could sell me this car for the quoted price and that when I drove all the way to Virginia, I would find very patient. Everything was good. Went in on a friday at 4, It ended up taking a while, but in the end they did stick around late through the night to finish the deal.
