And even with 118k miles, I only continue to fall in love with it more and more, as do my friends. ;) It is the perfect vehicle for me, and really is in amazing condition for the miles. I chose against going to another dealership, partly because your honest demeanor and attitude were much more pleasant, and actually made me want to do business with you. The vehicle was even fully detailed, and had new tires and a full tank of gas. Not everyone would do that. Our experience with Iman was extremely pleasant as we purchased a used 2004 Subaru Outback. We were looking for a safe, reliable, and reasonably priced used vehicle for our daughter. Prior to visiting Stohlman Subaru/Volkswagon, we were actually scoffed at by one salesman at a used auto dealership for expecting some level of quality within our limited budget. By contrast, Iman was respectful, courteous and patient with us. He was very comfortable to work with. We found a great car at a very fair price. We would gladly shop at Stohlman Automotive again! It was worth the 2 hour drive for us to get such good service. More

He worked to make the sale, but he never used the normal pressure tactics employed by many other dealers. I would have rated them a solid five except for two things. First, they took almost three weeks to send me the title to the vehicle...since I was military and needed to register the car in another state this was a bit inconvenient. Second, the trunk had been hard to open when I was looking at the vehicle and the day I took delivery the hinge failed. I asked them to see what could be done with service since a quick look on the web showed this was a known problem with Passats. Marcus said he would look into for me, but never did even after I followed up with him once, and then I raised the issue again when he made a follow-up call. Other than that, I would have given them a 5. More
