I just bought my first new car from Bob Murphy. He's patient, fair, and non-pushy, and very professional. Most of all, he's the only one that could find several white 2013 Subaru Forester Limited. Bought a 2013 Outback 3.6.R Limited today. Anson was great. He walked us through the different trim levels, packages and options. When it came to price, he priced two different cars he had on site as great. He walked us through the different trim levels, packages and options. When it came to price, he priced two different cars he had on site as well as a car that we could order directly from the manufacturer, even though ordering the car wouldn't help the dealership meet its monthly quota. There was no pressure to purchase one of the two cars off the lot. We went down the street to Koons Toyota to look at the Venza, and had a terrible experience. We ended up purchasing one of the two Outbacks Anson had on the lot. He gave us a very fair price and made the entire experience as painless as possible. I highly recommend Stohlman Subaru generally and Anson in particular. Couldn't be happier. More

Thomas Calvert made this sale as easy as possible. He accepted the Navy Federal Credit Union Buying Service immediately without the usual rolling of eyes many car dealers express. He, instead, outlined prices for each feature, ordered a 2013 Impreza, which, due to a problem with a Subaru sub, delayed delivery to Stohlman--no fault of Stohlman or Subaru. Willing to refund my order deposit, we tried to find a solution. Thomas found me a like vehicle to test drive, but it didn't meet all my requirements. We found a Special Appearance model of the Outback on the lot that was more than I could have asked for. Not only did Stohlman accept the NFCU Invoice price, but due to the inconvenience, gave me a price below invoice and got me in the car in a few days. Thopas had all my paperwork done in advance by working with me through e-mails, and I was in and out of the business office in a few minutes and in training of my new car. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of this young salesman, who provides the same service to this customer as he did his own mother. Thanks. Jacke Z More

Me and my wife purchased a 2013 GLI over the weekend. I have bought a good amount of cars before this one and this by far was my most pleasant experience. Scott was great and informed about everything the car had to offer. Worked with us on pricing and assisted on getting the color and model for us to pick out. He went through all the features the car offered after we purchased the car helped get a lot of things set up. Christina was great as well helping us get financed and making the paperwork process be less of the usual pain that it is. She helped us get a good rate and on the road in our new car. This has been the best car buying experience that I have had to date and highly recommend shopping at Stohlman and the people that work there. More
