They treat people like they are stupid. After several attempted deals/agreements, they came back with a counter that would end up costing me more. They also DO NOT listen to what the customer wants!!!! I attempted deals/agreements, they came back with a counter that would end up costing me more. I asked SEVERAL times if they could get me a certain model, at which they kept saying they could, but tried to shove me with a more expensive model. The sales person also made a remark with a negative racial connotation. That combined with the poor treatment made me walk away. Then, in the days after, when I would talk about my experience with colleagues/friends, they told me it was good I walked away. Several of them had had the same experience! More

Brought 3 yr old van in for factory recall repairs. Transmission reprogram, ABS cover replace and brake seal replacement. Wife drove it 2 blocks before trouble started. She pulled over into a parking Transmission reprogram, ABS cover replace and brake seal replacement. Wife drove it 2 blocks before trouble started. She pulled over into a parking lot and it would not move anymore. I called the service dept and asked them to stay open b/c we were bringing it back. I got in and the brakes were locked, the pedal was hard and it smelled like burnt pads. We went back to dealer without the van, they called a tow truck for us. We went back to the van to wait. The driver got in drove it around the parking lot. I got in and nursed it back to the dealer, brake pedal was hard and it felt like it would lock up any second so I only used the parking brake. Dropped it off and am hoping there is no damage and they fix it all. I will update this post after all is resolved. More

I went over to Stockton Honda, and got some terrible or lack of service. I went over to look at the new cars and not one associate came over to help. They were standing right in front of the dealership j lack of service. I went over to look at the new cars and not one associate came over to help. They were standing right in front of the dealership joking around. To me it seemed that i was just a looker and not a buyer. Eventually we went to the next honda dealership a few miles away. More
