Both of them went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable car-buying process. This wasn’t my first time buying a car from Rafael, and his consistent excellence is a key reason I keep coming back to Stockton Honda. Justin’s knowledge and professionalism made the sales process incredibly easy and stress-free. Rafael’s expertise in finance ensured that everything was handled efficiently and clearly. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out. Unfortunately, I did have a minor issue when I called in a couple of days ago with a generic question. The salesperson who answered was very rude, which was quite disappointing. I didn’t catch his name, but it was an unpleasant contrast to my otherwise excellent experience. Despite that, I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to recommend Stockton Honda to friends and family. Thank you, Justin and Rafael, for your exceptional service.
