Ralph, Rondal, and Jennisyn are the best! Everytime we need a car or knows who needs one they're our go to people. Ralph really worked with us, even thru text he went above and beyond help Everytime we need a car or knows who needs one they're our go to people. Ralph really worked with us, even thru text he went above and beyond helping us obtain a reliable vehicle. He was very communicative in forms of text and phone calls, he sent us pictures of cars we are interested in. He was so patient on the whole process. Never have I ever felt so disrespected then I have now here at Stockton honda. So badly that I decided to take it up BBB. ( see the screen shot below) I was told by Jerry my vehicle would be done by Thur here at Stockton honda. So badly that I decided to take it up BBB. ( see the screen shot below) I was told by Jerry my vehicle would be done by Thursday (today). Called multiple times was left on hold and told different answers when I was able to get someone. Was told when I got to the dealership that my car will not be done due to a delay on the parts being shipped. Not only that BUT when I asked for my vehicle back (Jerry) said “No , we have already ordered the part.” Not only is that disrespectful but withholding my property due to a part being ordered? Never heard of it. If I was promised a date on when my vehicle was suppose to be done and it’s not why was I not informed before hand? But only the day that I was promised it was done. Not only when I advised this to the manager did he say he has no recollection of this? Means they don’t speak to one another? Very unprofessional. The workers were giggling and laughing about my distress. Not only am I taking this up with BBB. But I will be submitting a formal complaint to CEO of honda of Jerry wanting to withhold my vehicle due to a part being “already ordered”. Would love an explanation on why that’s an excuse to withhold someone’s property More
