When we started a search for a new car back in late 2014, we started looking at the Chargers, talking to everyone we could find that had one, asking t When we started a search for a new car back in late 2014, we started looking at the Chargers, talking to everyone we could find that had one, asking their thoughts…which lead me to running across the parking lot of a local grocery store to ask the same of a gentleman pulling in with a Charger. This started our relationship with Stockton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, as it happened to be one of their awesome managers, Marc Guardado. When the 2015’s with the options we were waiting for were finally released we contacted many dealers to get quotes, but it was through working with Daniel Olmendo and Marc at Stockton Dodge that made our decision easy to go with them. They were the only ones that were upfront and honest about meeting our wish list and provided an amazing price. On the sales front, Daniel is the friendliest, no pressure, knowledgeable salesperson we had ever met. In 2017 we were in the market for a truck and did not hesitate to contact Daniel, who again, didn’t fail us. He found a truck and, again, exceeded our expectations with not only the vehicle but the outstanding customer service. When our beloved truck was recently stolen and totaled, we did not hesitate to contact Daniel to give him a heads up that we would be in the market again, knowing that he would make sure our needs were met while providing us a great deal and all with no pressure. He was patient with us as we worked through the process of our loss and figuring out what we wanted as a replacement. Once we were ready, again, Daniel hit it out of the ball park, finding us a truck that had every single one of the items on our wish list, while delivering another outstanding experience in customer service. It was during this last purchase that we had the pleasure of meeting Kerri in finance. I loved that she called me before we headed in to the dealership to review some things, making sure she was prepared. She is outstanding to work with, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. In additional to the great sales team, we feel the same about their service team! Bill and the team have always been great to work with and we look forward too many more years of service with them.
