He apologized and was sincere, it was never my intention to leave a bad review for him because he was EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL!!!! I will be buying from him again but ONLY him and his team that he’s with. I stand true to the ratings I give to the following salesmen. EDITED: 9/3 I was called back saying we were no longer approved with NO explanation. I further explained I couldn’t bring it back today and I would have to tomorrow and that was okay and Jesse approved and told me to call Alex and Marc first before coming in.. I called back again for further information cause I was very frustrated and the sales manager JOE was very rude to me and told me I had to bring it back today or I would be repossessed.. he first told me he’d be more than happy to help me and and when I begin asking questions for an explanation and he then told me he “didn’t have the time” to talk to me anymore... very upset We were at the dealer next door for hours before they approached us and couldn’t be happier. Alex was so much more polite and considerate to our needs compared to other dealers. When they say they’ll get you out quick, they mean it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know and I can’t wait to drive my new car More
