Buying a used car I traded in my Nissan car for Chevy. when dealing with the salesman he was telling me things just to get the sale. one thing i did not like is when I I traded in my Nissan car for Chevy. when dealing with the salesman he was telling me things just to get the sale. one thing i did not like is when I was asking for for information about the car he said he did not know. He didn't even think about asking for the information until i was about to walk away. He also mis informed me about the information on my trade in. i later found out the truth when i was working with tammy about to sign the paperwork.Also my car has the gas light on and I told them to put gas in it and frank made it seems like he was doing me a favor to put gas in a car off there lot.... I like my car but i don't like the fact that they added tint to my windows and still no call for that appointment... also when going to put gas I noticed that the gas cap did not fit the car at all . I called frank and he said he would talk to his boss when he came in, however I NEVER received a call back for their mistake. It's not just about the sale and forgetting about the person you sold too. it's about the customer service you get after the sale when there's an issue the very next day!!! Update: Tammy and Marc reached out after posting this, they reimburse me for the gas cap and made sure I got the an appointment to get my back windows tinted. they even provided me with an extra key for my car. Very pleased with this outcome compared to the first interaction. If I ever do go back to Dodge I only want to deal with Marc & Tammy!! More
