Phil was amazing he really takes the time to find out what I really want. It took him about a week to get me done but he never gave up on me. He really does change lives one deal at a time. So I had originally gone in a little over 2 years ago looking for a vehicle because when I got back from being on orders my car was going out I purchased a Jeep Compass at the time.... Fast forward to Ja looking for a vehicle because when I got back from being on orders my car was going out I purchased a Jeep Compass at the time.... Fast forward to Jan 2020 received a recall letter on the car not to mention it was HORRIBLE on gas barely had any features so needless to say I wasn’t happy at all with that thing. Well I go in yesterday to set up a day on when to get that thing fixed and expressed how un happy I was with the Jeep. I was referred to Tony and told him what can he do for me to make me happy. So he shows me a couple cars and I’m like okay I like the Nissan Moreno my pocket book did not, so the guy comes out it was either Marc Guardado or Freddy Estrada and starts with that good news routine (I’m more of a straight forward person like don’t surgar coat it what’s up) he was really straight forward which earned my respect he said it’s easier to get you into a new car than a used one, I was like okay what brand are you talking about? Names off a few I’m like no way I’m going back to a Jeep! So Dodge comes up and as a service member I’m all about my American Cars looked at the Durango SXT and needless to say I drove off in my very first New car!!! The team including Daniel Olmedo definitely made up for my past experience and I thank them for being patient with me I know I’m strong willed... Thanks again Stockton Dodge😊 More
