I am totally satisfied with the service I get when I enter your dealership. I bought my car from Stocton and Malone and have done all of my service there since 2007. I am always greeted in a friendly enter your dealership. I bought my car from Stocton and Malone and have done all of my service there since 2007. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and am recognized by three of the different service department people and feel like we have a good relationship with each other. They all go out of their way to listen to my concerns and to get me the best possible pricing. I also know and enjoy 3 of the shuttle drivers the last one being Tony. I have even been surprised by a couple of car washes at the completion of my service which was a very nice suprise. More
2 weeks after buying our F350 we had mechanical trouble - on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. We contacted the dealership, had the truck towed in and the promise of a rental on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. We contacted the dealership, had the truck towed in and the promise of a rental to enable us to finish the vacation. Approx. 2.5 weeks later we picked up the truck after the repairs, hooked up the camper and took the truck for a test drive. The truck started overheating when we would reach a hill (i.e. I15 at point of the mountain). Returned it to the dealership and had it back within a day. Through all of this we have been treated with courtesy and everyone has been very responsive. It's a situation that could have created a feeling tension or defensiveness, but did not. At no time did we feel a lack of support or lack of concern for the situation we were in. More
Brad was a good listener for my needs, I didn't feel rushed and felt like I could take my time in deciding what vehicle I was more comfortable with. We had a great experience buying our Accord Cross Tour. Michael Okei was wonderful and pleasant to work with. I'm not competent to rate the quality of the technician's work, so I checked N/A. The Service Adviser that provided exemplary customer service was a young woman with dark hair and an enthusiastic, outgoing work, so I checked N/A. The Service Adviser that provided exemplary customer service was a young woman with dark hair and an enthusiastic, outgoing manner. She dealt quickly and effectively with the only complaint I had (minor irritation at not being able to connect my iPad to your wi-fi network) by getting another employee (from where I don't know) who was very knowledgeable about Apple devices and had me connected in a few seconds. Both of them have exactly the kind of personality that makes for superior customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names and I didn't see either of them around when I left, so couldn't thank them personally. I chose to bring my wife's CR-V to S2M Honda because I was very impressed with the Service Dept manager who spoke at the new owner briefings I attended when I bought a new Fit a few months ago (I attended twice because the chicken and brownies were great!). At this point I am certain we will be bringing both cars to you for service. More
