I came to the service center with a problem with my brakes. First of all, I am an idiot when it comes to car stuff: I do not have experience with successful car repairs, and I don't know a whole lot a brakes. But Devin did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done in order to repair the brakes. He helped me understand what was wrong, and helped me feel better about the service that needed to be done to fix the problem. Devin was the reason my experience went from something that had the potential to being bad to being a good experience. More
I was able to purchase a 2010 CRV-EX on Sept. 17, 2010 at Stockton to Malone. I went through internet manager John Chuidian. Being able to get a quote first from the internet worked great for me. I was able to then meet with John C. and he was able to answer all my questions about the CRV-EX. He took great care of me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He got me the pricing I wanted and I was able to get the financing that was pleasing to me. I can't say enough how much I love my new CRV and it's become quite popular at work and I've made sure everyone knows where I purchased it and with which salesperson. John C. has followed up with me even after the sale to make sure I was still happy with my purchase which has meant a lot to me. If you had a "6 Excellent" choice I would give John C. all sixes. It was great to have Christie meet with me at the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the clutch slipping and yet when my husband brought the car in they said it indeed needed to be replaced. Having a female as a contact gives women a contact where they feel they will be listened to, not talked down to, and not taken for a ride because they don't know cars as well a majority of the time. I live in Lehi so coming up to Sandi is a little out of the way, but I've always felt it was worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. The wait is never too long and my kids love the complimenta the way, but I've always felt it was worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. I have bought my last four cars from Stockton-to-Malone, and you have every chance to sell my next car to me. Christie bends over backwards to make sure any issues with my Pilot are taken care of, and getting a service appointment is never a problem. My wife and I were very impressed with Jim Gibbs knowledge of Honda vehicles, the competition and specifically the Odyssey. He was very honest and provided a ton of information about our car and why Honda did or didn't do things and how it compared to the Sienna. We wanted a dependable, functional and safe vehicle for our family and knew the Honda was the best choice. We feel very lucky to have come into the store without any contacts and were able to link up with Jim and get his expertise and find the last Odyssey with our features and color.
