I was in the market for a new vehicle and took my business to the dealer that I had originally purchased my car. Sadly a mutual agreement could not be met with this dealer. I was referred to Stockton 12 through a co-worker. I met with the sales manger Ryan Mayne and his associate Steven Corley. I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and most importantly...PATIENCE! They continued to work with my as far as pricing and other financial commitments. Finally, we were able to come to an affordable payment that met MY criteria. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my overall experience and would highly recommend to a friend, family or co-worker. I am a big believer that if you simply LISTEN to the customer and accommodate his/her needs, you will gain a loyal customer for life. If one's experience is just short of this, you will go else where and even pay more for better customer service. Fortunately the latter was not my case! :) In a world of let's make a profit, these gentleman truly displayed and emphasized honor and integrity... Went to Stockton12Honda due to a great price quote I was given by Mat Richards. It was well below what any other dealer was offering for a 2013 Accord Coupe. When I arrived, Mat was not available, I was han given by Mat Richards. It was well below what any other dealer was offering for a 2013 Accord Coupe. When I arrived, Mat was not available, I was handed to another salesperson. About 10 minutes later, I was handed off again to another salesperson, Garrick. At the time, Garrick was an awesome salesperson. He tried to get me in & out as fast as possible (it was about 7:00PM at night when I started the transaction). The first "hiccup" happened when I was told I would get 0.9 percent for 72 months. I confirmed this with Garrick 2 times before agreeing to the price. When I went to Finance, John said this was not correct and would not flat out say what the finance rate through Honda Finance was. He asked me what the lowest rate I had found was, which was 2.74 percent at my credit union. He said Honda would "probably" match that and he would go ahead & process it for that rate. Like every other Larry H. Miller Dealership, the customer survey is discussed ad nauseam, and I was told repeatedly that any response other than "completely satisfied" would reflect against Garrick, and not the person I dealt with. After I took delivery of the car, I returned approximately a week later to have the tint put on. The service advisor I dealt with was rude and acted like I was putting him out. The worst part while I was waiting for my ride (a shuttle was not offered to me), I was called a derogatory word in the parking lot by another employee. After reviewing my paperwork and e-mails from Mat, I discovered I was not given the additional $500 off I was supposed to get by financing through Honda Finance. This was my fault; I definitely should not have bought a car that late at night when I was tired. My car must have also been close to the sprinklers; half of my hood has hard water stains. I attempted to call Garrick two times after purchase, but never received a call back. John also was not honest about the benefits of the key replacement program I purchased - so much so there would be no way I would ever recoup the amount of the protection plan. I sent cancellation letters to both the dealership and the company who sells the key program. Of course, both places claimed they never received the paperwork. I would not go to the dealership again, but I purchased the prepaid maintenance program and waited too long to cancel. It's not the worst dealership, but definitely not the best. More
I had front seat belts that would not latch. When I called Stockton 12 I was told they were under warranty. I needed to have them inspected before the parts could be ordered. I was disappointed that I would have to make two trips, but Randy made it as painless as possible. They also called to inform me that the passenger airbag was recalled. Thanks for catching that so I didn't have to make another trip! More
Alex was very friendly and went above and beyond to find us a car that we where satisfied with. He helped us look up if we qualified first before we would get our hopes up with a car we could not buy. He wa us a car that we where satisfied with. Used a new representative, Dave Fox. He was very polite and got my car done as quickly as possible. He explained what was done and ordered a part for me, as the dealership was out I will work with him and got my car done as quickly as possible. From the time Travis called me to talk about turning in my car for a new one I was very impressed with his manner, his knowledge about what I was looking for, and his patience (we negotiated for a couple o my car for a new one I was very impressed with his manner, his knowledge about what I was looking for, and his patience (we negotiated for a couple of hours).
