I am so sorry for any miscommunication with what you wanted to do regarding the maintenance contract. Although I cannot transfer the contract to another vehicle that uses different oil, that doesn't mean we are unwilling to assist you in other ways. As we discussed, if you plan to replace the vehicle that was totaled with a similar or newer vehicle, it will likely use the same oil. At that point I can have the contract transferred to the appropriate vehicle to be used. If you are not looking to replace the vehicle, the agreement to get you oil changes will still be honored but only by our location.
