Shane - Thanks for responding, even if it took five months to get a response, it's nice to see the General Manager taking an interest. But again, it wasn't a miscommunication at all. It was a clear case of agreeing on a price, then having the sales manager add additional junk in after the fact. There was NO miscommunication, no confusion, we both knew exactly what was going on. It was just a bait-and-switch at best, or at worst something like fraud for trying to slip stuff into the contract AFTER the agreement was all made hoping I would not notice and would just sign it. Sorry, but you won't get my business back, not as long as there are more ethical dealerships to choose from. I will continue to be honest with people about my experience when it comes up, but now at least I can add that the GM seemed to take notice of my review (albeit after five months) and respond and offer to contact me personally. If I heard that you cleaned house and fired these weasels then maybe I'd come visit again some day. Thanks for reaching out at least!
