We knew what we wanted, were pre approved through our credit union, and only test drove 4 cars but we were there about 4 hours. They won't keep their word We've owned our Honda for over 2 years- the car has been great, but Stockton has not. We purchased their added warranty (a several thousand dollar co We've owned our Honda for over 2 years- the car has been great, but Stockton has not. We purchased their added warranty (a several thousand dollar cost) at closing and we worked hard during closing to do our due diligence on what we were getting into. We posed multiple hypotheticals during closing to determine what would and would not be covered. Unfortunately, Stockton has not kept it's word. A couple of our hypothetical situations have occurred during our ownership and Stockton has not held up their end of the agreement. When I confront them they always shove me off saying they will "look into it" or "talk to someone else and get back to me". I have called several times to follow up only to get the run-around. I would buy a Honda again, but not from Stockton. More
