Service person asked about a service that was not due to be completed and then tried to justify it. On the service report it stated my air and cabin filters were yellow when new ones had been installed ear be completed and then tried to justify it. On the service report it stated my air and cabin filters were yellow when new ones had been installed earlier in the day. I also wanted for more than an hour an was never updated as to why it was taking so long. Evidently there was a nail in one of my tires and they did a repair to it. In the past they would keep me advised to the work being done. First time I have not been completely satisfied with the service. Because I passed on some of their suggestions they made me feel guilty. I have purchased the annual oil change service since I purchased my vehicle at Stockton 12. May not in the future. More
