Fast talk and numbers game Let me start by saying the reason I gave them a 1 star was because I could not give less. We thought we had made a good deal when we traded our Ford Let me start by saying the reason I gave them a 1 star was because I could not give less. We thought we had made a good deal when we traded our Ford Escape for an Accord. The sales person was okay but liked to play good guy/ bad guy with his manager. Then when we got in with the finance guy, John Chuidian beware this guy, he should be selling snake oil. We started out with our trade and financing 17,769.23 and when John finished with his fast talk and numbers game we left financing 25,548.23,this guy is slick. We contacted the dealership within a few days of realizing what John had done and he sent us a form to take off some of the charges but still has not rewritten the contract so as it stands right now we will still have to pay the 25,548.23 and not have the items we were charged for. Stay clear of this dealer, there are plenty of other honest places to buy your car. More

While they were test driving the car she asked if she could take it to her Mom,s., because she was the one that was looking for a car. Because her husband was a quadriplegic and that she could not leave him to go to dealership. So he let me take a test drive. I fell in love with the car. He took my old car in on a trade and then I did the application on line for the car. Greg was so nice he went back to the dealership to do the paperwork for the car. He was so nice to my daughter when she took my car back. He did all the paperwork and brought it back out to my house for me to sign I have never had such great customer service. God Bless you Greg.
