Stockton 12 didn't have one in stock and we told salesman Davin that we didn't mind ordering the one we wanted even if it took a month or so. After apparently speaking with the sales manager, Davin came back and said they found one at Larry H Miller Honda in Murray Utah. He said they could pick it up and would be ready for us that evening. We felt if this was just what we wanted this would save us the extra hassle of ordering. Davin told us we needed to sign all the paper work before they could pick up the car. We made the mistake of taking him at his word and signed all the papers including a mileage statement that showed the mileage to be 15 miles. We picked up the car that evening and noticed the mileage was actually 250 miles. We weren't happy with that and wondered why it had so many miles. We also discovered someone had entered all their information in the blue-tooth audio system. About a week later when we were washing the car we discovered there was a paint repair on the right rear fender and a small dent on top of the right front fender. This car is pearl white and is very difficult to see imperfections. Taking all this into consideration, we determined this car must have been a salesman's demo. We contacted Monica (the customer relations manager) about this problem and she said she would consult with the GM (Shane Parrish). She got back to us a few days later and told us Shane had said he would give us one extra years free maintenance (which would be three oil changes-about $75 value). We told her this wasn't sufficient and she said she would turn it over to Shane to deal with it. We waited a week to hear back Shane never called so we called him. We couldn't reach him so we left a message. We waited another week, but he never returned our call. Evidently he has no interest in treating his customers fairly. At no time during our talks did Monica or Shane ever deny they sold us a demo, instead of a new unused car. We felt they should either give us a truly new car or at least compensate us for the difference in value. We will never use this dealer again and would advise everyone to deal with someone else. We even had purchased one year of maintenance, however, we are not going to use it since we can't trust this dealer. We thought that a dealer associated with John Stockton and/or the Larry Miller family would be honest, but I guess we were wrong. More

I took my car in to have the oil changed and asked them to look it over and make sure the car is ok. They took all day and said the car was fine, less then two weeks later my battery died and I was left stranded. I had to pay for tow truck to their service department where they said the battery had been dying for a long time and someone should have caught it. (I had just given them the perfect opportunity too!) While they were fixing my car, they proceeded to fix it with out asking me if that was what I wanted or telling me the price. At that point I just had to pay for the work that had been done. They never called me, I had to call them to ask what was going on with my car. When I asked for the price they quoted me one thing but then tried to charge me double when it came time to actually pay, once again they never told me what they were charging me they just wanted my credit card information. I also cannot get my car title from them. I have called multiple times and Stockton 12 claims they have nothing to do with it and can't help me, when I call Honda financial services they will tell me they sent the title out, and offer to send me a paper saying the car has been paid off and that I will then have to go to the DMV to get a new title. I asked if they would please put a tracker on the paper stating I have paid the car off and they told me no they couldn't do that. My car has been paid off for 2 months and I still don't have this resolved. So glad I have a visit to the DMV to look forward to, if I ever get the paper they promised to send. More

oil service, car wash, tire rotation even though i didn't have an appointment i was able to get in and have the oil changed. i was greeting well and have always been taken care of.
