Good Service and Management Team, HORRIBLE Sales team I bought a Certified Used 2014 Honda CRV through a sales associate (Jason Lee). Jason was nice and personable and did everything in his power to make I bought a Certified Used 2014 Honda CRV through a sales associate (Jason Lee). Jason was nice and personable and did everything in his power to make the sale go through (he even fixed up a couple of rock chips on the hood himself). We bought the car on a Monday, and Tuesday we noticed a vibrating sound around speeds 50-70 mph on the highway. We also noticed that floor mats were missing and Jason was kind enough to locate some for us. On Tuesday, we stopped to pick up the floor mats and get the sound checked out. The Service team was kind and managed to diagnose the issue to a wheel bearing but after the work was done and the car was returned back to us, the sound was still prevalent. Jason knew about the fact that THE CERTIFIED USED HONDA CRV HE SOLD WAS IN THE SHOP THE NEXT DAY and inquired the issue from us on Tuesday. To fix the issue, I came back again on Thursday. Having been frustrated with the trips to service a certified used car the week of buying it, I explained to Jason that I was not happy how things have been with the car. Instead of an apology on the issue and "we will do everything we can to fix it because we value your business", Jason walked out on me TWICE in the process of me explaining my frustration. He told me to take up my issues with the Manager. The manager (Soaib) listened to me on the entire timeline of things and quickly coordinated with Service manager to get the car issues fixed with no cost to us. Soaib was patient, understanding and most importantly listened to me. The service department (Bill, Dan) has been kind and efficient as well. Jason in sales, however, has been accommodating when things are going his way, but discourteous as soon as the issues started to arise. I am pleased to work with the manager and service team AGAIN AND AGAIN but the the sales team (particularly Jason Lee), I will never work with. I have bought a certified used Sonata from Ken Garff Hyundai and their team provides an integrated customer friendly experience (Sales, service and management all caring for you) to take care of you proactively (not after you start raising complaints). I am writing this review three days after buying the car and despite the rough start, I hope this certified used 2014 Honda CRV goes on to be reliable and I have the car in the condition I wanted it to be when I bought it. More

I hate car shopping I needed a new vehicle. I wanted a small SUV. Tested a Toyota Rav4 down the street. It was nice. But for the same price, liked the CR-V Honda bette I needed a new vehicle. Then my salesman Alec and his manager drove my car home for me while I drove my new Honda. Done and done. More

We were very happy that we were able to get the vehicle that we did at a price that we were happy with. The vehicle was in very good condition compared to those that we saw at smaller dealerships and from private sellers. it was the first time that I have bought a vehicle through a dealership, and it exceeded my expectations. I had a meeting the the sales manager who tried to provide a workable solution, but the car was simply in too bad of shape. I later wrote a letter to the General Manager, Shane Parrish. He graciously provided me with reimbursement for my travel. Even though I feel that I was not given good info about the vehicle from the beginning, the dealership showed an attitude of very good customer service. For that, I commend them. More
