Shane, I have tried to call you three times over the past couple of days. I left a message and never heard back. I've also waited 3 days for my service guy Mike to call me back. I do have further questions on how we can make this right. I need to talk to someone. I have listened to the sales pitch about the higher quality of your parts and service, so I know I won't get any refund on my brakes and rotors, but I have been overcharged for the brake fluid flush and I want that to be resolved. Thanks.

I finally talked to Angela, the Service Manager, and she was the first one to be helpful! Just go straight to the manager if you need help!!! She said she would train her sales people to not say "meet or beat any price" because then they tell you it has to be Honda parts which you can only get from a dealership and all of their prices are the same. So if Honda parts are important to you, then this is the place for you!
