He found I came in for an oil change and had to bring my 18 month old daughter. Brandon kept things moving quickly even when his system was stalling. He found ways around the system to find answers and fill out necessary paperwork. We love taking advantage of the package that allows one to purchase 3 oil changes upfront. It’s a great deal and saves my husband a lot of time. Brandon gave a lot of helpful information and explained things in a way that I could understand. I liked the text message option to be able to communicate any changes or questions without having to remove my daughter from the playroom that the dealer has set up for customers waiting with kids. Overall the experience was very comfortable and efficient. More

I also asked them to look at the exhaust system because it sounded like we had a small exhaust leak somewhere. I received a written quote saying there was a crack in the exhaust manifold, and the whole manifold-catalytic converter (a single unit) needed to be replaced (for $1,790.69), plus they recommended a few other things I didn't ask them to look at (valves w/ gaskets adjust: $226.50; cooling system flush: $122.83; fuel injection cleaning: $146.55; and power steering flush: $113.73). Since I knew my Honda Element actually had a separate manifold and catalytic converter, this suggested to me that the mechanic either 1) did not even look at it, or 2) someone was just lying. Either way, the diagnosis was not correct. I looked myself and saw no crack in the manifold. Instead, I noticed that the gaskets in the flex joints in front and behind the catalytic converter were worn out, which is where the minor exhaust leaks were. I took it back to Stockton12 Honda, and the manager back-pedaled and insisted that it was an honest mistake. I had a nice local muffler shop do the work -- parts were under $35 and labor was around $100. Nothing else needed repair or maintenance, and I drove the vehicle for another year before I sold it. STAY AWAY We came back to buy a second car from this dealership because the first time around they did a good job and treated us right. 2nd time around couldn't We came back to buy a second car from this dealership because the first time around they did a good job and treated us right. 2nd time around couldn't have been a worse experience. 3 main points that will make you think twice about purchasing from them... 1) OVERPROMISING, UNDERDELIVERING (AND ALL THE LIES ALONG THE WAY): We bought an 18' Accord from Jason. Apple car play was big deal for us He assured us that Apple carplay was included in the LX model. We didn't have any reason to question him because he talks like he knows his stuff, and we trusted it. After we finished the paper work with finance for the car, we got all our stuff out of our old car and into the accord and lo and behold, this model does NOT have AppleCarplay. (We will be test driving cars with iPhone cords to make sure we get it right the next time) Jason assured us that this wont be an issue. That he "will get it taken care of", and for our troubles, he would also get us some wheels for the car that he had back home, because we were passing up a sports model that was 1k at another dealership, to buy from him (we trusted him). He told us that and we were on our way, thinking that we would get taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. Little did I know I was being lied to my face. In the few weeks after the purchase, I was in constant communications with Jason, and he would tell me "I'm on it" or "still getting "my guy" to look into this" to install apple carplay. Basically he kept telling me and my wife what we wanted to hear. I did my own research and found out that Apple carplay is not possible on the LX right now. It was extremely disappointing. But at least I'll get some wheels to make up for it. So I texted Jason about the wheels, and he would tell me and my wife to come to his house on his days off. We would schedule times to come by and then he would stop texting and ghost us, never giving us an address or time to stop by. We ran into him at the dealership last week because they were checking some noises out on the Accord, and he once again, fed us excuses and lies. He told us he would send me picutres of the wheels and that we could pick it up that Sunday. I never got pictures after asking for them and he never responded when I asked what time he wanted to to come by. I have texted him 4x with no response, after the fact that he said "hes not avoiding me". needless to say, Jason, you lost a customer and I hope I can help others save the hassle of buying from you. 2) FINANCE WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SELL YOU UNESCESSARY WARRANTIES: This one was on us for not reviewing the paper work, but once again we had no reason to believe we were being lied to. We had agreed on an out the door price with a term with Jason. We saw the loan and term come on 5k higher and 12 months longer than we had agreed. Turns out, the finance manager changed the term so that our payment stayed about the same that we had agreed with Jason, but 5k more on the loan. The finance manager did a great job at " getting us in and out as fast as possible" so that we overlooked vital paper work. I have since gone back and cancelled the warranties, but it was like pulling teeth with multiple unresponded texts, calls, and emails. I had to actually go into the dealership to actually get the finance manager to talk to me! 3) MANAGEMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE: To top it off, Shane Parrish responded to this review told me to call him... for PR of course because I have left 5 VOICEMAILS for him, and he has yet to call me back. I honestly can't believe how unprofessional and poorly this whole situation has been treated. More

I am buying a car for sure and I was just looking for the place to buy it. Stockton 12 Honda was the dealership closest to where we wanted to pick-up the car. I planned to buy the car from Texas and have everything done before we got to Utah. I had done this before and had a great experience with a different dealership. I asked for price quotes on a car in writing via e-mail so I would have firm pricing in hand but the salesman would not do that for me and he was the rudest car salesman I have ever worked with. I do not think Stockton Honda even wants to sell cars! I am a cash paying customer and I want to make the deal now but the salesman would not listen to what I needed and would not provide a price quote. When I pressed him for it he hung up on me. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life and I would NEVER go back again. Not only did they miss out on a for sure car sale this year, I have to do this again for another son in next year so they missed out on the opportunity to sell 2 cars! I will never deal with Stockton Honda again. They are the worst dealership I have ever worked with! If I were the sales manager at this dealership, I would be horrified to find out how this salesman treated me. He must be selling a ton of cars because he sure did not want my business. More

She tried to help me over the phone but it didn’t work. So I drove down, got in right away and she gave her time so patiently with my 2011 Honda Pilot! We got everything working which was a relief. Thanks Natalie! You’re the best! More

There was no pressure when I said I needed to go home and think it over. When I went back the next day, there were unexpected glitches. Jason and Steven Corley went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my car and the deal. When my car was ready, Jason spent the needed time to show me how to use the newer features. More

But.....after putting a deposit on a used vehicle and making arrangements to travel 400 miles one way, it went bad the minute we got there. The vehicle was NOT what they represented on the websites. You would think the sales man knowing you were coming from a distance would do the right thing and bring ANYTHING that was "wrong" with the vehicle to your attention. That did not happen. The inside of the car was in terrible condition. Cracked instrument panels, busted back seat belts, and did I mention the car was filthy???? Dog hair everywhere, you could write you name in the dirt on the seats. Outside not washed, brake oil and dirt all over the rims, just bad. What's worse is I was told it was cleaned, DETAILED, VERY CLEAN and in great condition the day before I left to go get it. I would say if you can't see the vehicle in person, don't trust this dealer to tell you the real story, you'll be Very disappointed!!!! More
