Bait and Switch tactics, Liar, Didn't perform the work I specified. I called to ask about a quote for work, parts to be replaced etc. They gave me a quote and i haggled over the price of the parts with C specified. He promised to fully price match the parts I found online. I agreed and took my car there. That's when the nightmare began. When it was finished I look at the invoice which is a couple hundred more than I expected, sure enough he only took $250 off the price of the parts (instead of $600) he claimed they "discounted labor to make up for it" but thats xxxxxxxx, the tech just took less time to perform the job. They also didn't replace one of the parts I specified. I argued over this over the course of a few days, he continued to lie (says the part I wanted was part of a set, it's not), says the manager won't honor our agreement etc etc. I gave him several chances, and not only did he fail to own up to his mistake, he just covered it up by continuing to lie. I have loved it, but I felt it was time to replace it Zach of Stockton 12 Honda was the best salesman ever! My 2000 Honda Odyssey was 21 years old. I have loved it, but I felt it was time to replace it. I had some poor experiences with 2 other Salt Lake County Honda Dealers, but recently I had a good service experience with Stockton 12 Honda; so, I decided give Stockton 12 Honda in Sandy a shot. I was not disappointed. I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my car from Stockton 12 Honda. My salesman Zach Ewoniok was great. I had a lot of questions an he answered them all. My final requirement was that I could pull my wheelchair (I am a 12-year amputee) in thru the side door. When we tried to get my chair in, I could not pull it up and in. I was so devastated. Everything else about the car was perfect. The next day, Zach offered to drive the 2022 Odyssey down to my home in Lehi, to see if my other chair would fit. It is 14 lbs. lighter and ½” narrower. I was able to pull it up and into the van This was my last hurdle before I could buy the Van. Through Zach’s efforts to meet my needs, I could purchase the van. He has given me the best purchasing experience I've ever had in buying a new car. Other people also stand out. * Oscar who called me on the phone to answer any question after I first inquired on-line. * Carver who first showed me the 2022 Odyssey Van on their lot the next morning and helped me see that this van might actually work for me * The various sales managers were also kind and helpful * Mike who did the final paperwork and helped get the best financing (1.9 % for 60 months) and the right extended warranty coverage But Zach stands out the most for his patience, no pressure approach and the extra care he gave me with my unique disability needs. So, if you are in the market for a new or used car, go to Stockton 12 Honda and ask for Zach. More
