He was incredibly personable and We went into this dealership after just visiting another one. We were greeted by a salesperson named Alex Schneider. He was incredibly personable and made us feel at ease. Not once in the process did he try to “sell us”. But because he listened to us and showed us exactly what we wanted we ended up buying a new van. Alex was there to guide us through the new car process rather than sell us something. It was late on a Saturday and Alex and other employees stayed late to make sure things were done correctly. It was by chance that Alex was the one to help us but I’m very grateful he was the one to do it because it made for an incredibly easy and enjoyable experience. More
