It’s funny how the only thing you comment on is the part we cared the least about to make it sound like we are just mad. How about the violation of our privacy rights, and the trespass when your associates went through our personal belongings? Or removing our personal belongings from our car? Hope that you don’t have a common practice in doing that, because it is against the law what happened. We knew going in that we were going to be low balled into oblivion, it’s what car dealerships do. It is the way we were treated from the moment we arrived until we left that you have yet to address. We went to Ken Garff Honda in Orem, and the difference was night and day. And the same offer that we demanded of your staff, is what we got there. And we were treated like human beings the entire time. No one insulted my husband, no one was condescending! So that’s two sales now that you’ve lost out on in my family alone, because of the same associate! I would worry more about the poor training and the ignorance to privacy laws your staff clearly has, then trying to save face by publicly addressing a ‘branded’ title. It happened to be a buyback, and we got more out of it, then you were willing to offer even before it was discovered. So, nice try!
